Moving images, just the way I like them. The principle is simple: it’s not the frame that moves, only the image. No pans, no cuts, no special effects. Most of the scene remains still, only small details shift. Often, this stirs something in the viewer—usually in tune with the mood, ideally a sense of calm.
More, faster, brighter, bang bang! That’s how people normally scroll through TikTok and other apps. These moving images, however, are a little disorienting—they force you to pause, slow down, and actually watch.
Just like in photography, a large part of the photographer’s personality shines through here—subtle, yet unmistakable.

Mehr, schneller, bunter, bang bang! So scrollt man normalerweise online durch TikTok & Co. Die bewegten Bilder hier irritieren ein wenig, zwingen zum Verweilen, bremsen den Betrachter, lassen ihn innehalten und bewusst beobachten.
Wie bei der Fotografie zeigt sich auch hier ein Stück Persönlichkeit des Fotografen – subtil, aber unverkennbar.
